What information do we collect?
The information we would collect revolves around two distinct areas, one being personal identification requirements such as, photographic identification such as a drivers license or passport, supporting documentation such as a utilities bill or rates notice.
The other area of information we collect from time to time is related to your financial circumstances, we would look to collect data from time to time that would include information such as loan statements, employment records, income statements and tax returns.
It is important to note that in the event that we collect any data that contains your tax file number it is immediately removed/erased from our data collection.

You may update your information at anytime by contacting us either by phone, or email, our phone number is 1300 85 27 30 or send emails to admin@wealthcorp.com.au, once we verify who you are we are happy to amend any information that we have on hand.

How do I control my personal information?
Your personal information is controlled by you, in essence, we only have information that you have provided without duress or pressure, there are certain commercial obligations whereby we must retain information for a specific period of time, the information we collect is only ever used with your permission and is usually related to a specific finance or investment enquiry made to us by you.
We do not sell data lists of information, we do not pass on information to any non related third party, any information that is to be passed on would only be done so with your express permission and would directly relate to a course of action you wish to transact.

Who else may receive my personal information?
Wealth Corp. Pty Ltd does not share or sell or distribute any of your personal information with any person, persons or entity. Your information would only passed onto relevant financial institutions and associated third parties only in relation to a specific course of action that would need to be instigated by yourself.

How is my information stored?
All information is stored in a hard copy and/or soft copy format, all soft copy format information is kept on disc and is held and stored separately and securely in a locked separate location to our computer systems, hard copy files are kept under lock and key and only accessed by Wealth Corp. staff as and when required in order to complete a transaction of your choosing, these cabinets remained locked and secured at all times.
